Monday, August 13, 3-430PM, Cookie Cake Decorating Class
(Recommended for ages 6 and up, but littles are welcome with an adult)
Learn how to decorate a Sleeping Unicorn cookie cake in this 1.5 hour class. All the necessary tools for each class are supplied by ENDless Bakery. At the end of the class, each student takes home their own 8" cookie cake. Cookie recipe used for the class is our Top 8 Allergy Friendly Chocolate Chip Cookie (see ingredients below).
- Identify the tools needed to decorate a cookie cake
- Color cookie frosting
- Learn how to properly fill, hold, and use the piping bags
- Practice using a few basic frosting tips
The class will also include a tour of our bakery kitchen. This will give you a sneak peek at our bakery equipment and how a bakery operates.
