Storing, Reheating and Baking Instructions
Baked Cinnamon Rolls: Freeze any leftovers in airtight container or freezer bag. When ready to prepare, Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 10 min (if thawed) and 15 minutes (if frozen) or until thoroughly heated. Individual rolls may be microwaved for 30 seconds, put into a hot oven for minutes to get a crust.
(Frozen) Cinnamon Rolls Take and Bake: Our frozen take and bake is now fully baked to reduce the time it takes you to prepare them. Keep frozen until ready to prepare.
BAKE: Remove number of rolls you wish to bake or bake entire pan. Preheat oven to 350F and bake for 15 min from frozen OR 10 min if fully thawed. Since rolls are fully baked, you are reheating and serving. Though, who doesn’t love the smell of freshly-baked-from-scratch rolls coming out of the oven!
Drizzle frosting over warm rolls and most importantly, savor the smell and take a bite of the sweet, cinnamon gooey goodness and ENJOY!
Brownies: Freeze or Refrigerate. Use airtight container or freezer bag. They keep in refrigerator for a couple weeks when wrapped well and freeze for up to 6 months. Great when warmed. Go straight from freezer to microwave. Approximately 15-25 seconds depending on your microwave.
Muffins: Freeze or Refrigerate. Use airtight container or freezer bag. They keep in refrigerator for a week when wrapped well and freeze for up to 6 months. Thaw and reheat using oven, toaster or microwave. Start reheating in 30 second increments in microwave to your desired warmth.
Cupcakes, Cakes and Cake Donuts: Freeze in airtight container for up to 3 months or hold on counter (at room temp for up to 3 days). Do not refrigerate.
Cookies/Cookie Cake: Freeze in airtight container for up to 3 months or in an airtight container on counter for up to one week. From freezer, thaw or heat in microwave for 15 seconds until desired warmth. You can also pop them in the oven for 5 min to get a crispy cookie.
Cookie Dough: Keep frozen.Place on sheet pan with parchment paper and let thaw for 15-20 min, then bake at 350 degrees for 9 -11 minutes (9 min for small cookies or softer cookies, 11 min for larger thicker cookies or for crispier cookies). Let cool on cookie sheet.
