Storing, Reheating and Baking Instructions
Baked Cinnamon Rolls: Freeze in airtight container or freezer bag. Thaw on counter or in microwave until room temperature. Reheat, covered in a 400 degree oven for about 15 minutes until thoroughly heated. Individual rolls may be microwaved for 30 seconds, put into a hot oven for minutes to get a crust.
(Frozen) Cinnamon Rolls Take and Bake: Keep frozen until ready to prepare
THAW: Regular method: 3-5 hours, let rolls thaw and rise for 3-5 hours on counter until almost double in size, actual time depends on the temp of your kitchen, remove plastic cover. OR Quick method 1-2 hours. Preheat oven to 175 degrees then turn off. Put rolls in oven and let thaw and rise 1.5 hours. OR Overnight Method: Refrigerate rolls and frosting overnight. In morning, rolls may need to continue rising at room temp for 1-2 hours.
BAKE: When rolls are ready to bake, preheat oven to 350 degrees F Bake for 15-20 minutes until light brown. Do not overbake. Drizzle frosting over warm rolls.
Brownies: Freeze or Refrigerate. Use airtight container or freezer bag. They keep in refrigerator for a couple weeks when wrapped well and freeze for up to 6 months. Great when warmed. Go straight from freezer to microwave. Approximately 15-25 seconds depending on your microwave.
Muffins: Freeze or Refrigerate. Use airtight container or freezer bag. They keep in refrigerator for a week when wrapped well and freeze for up to 6 months. Thaw and reheat using oven, toaster or microwave. Start reheating in 30 second increments in microwave to your desired warmth.
Cupcakes, Cakes and Cake Donuts: Freeze in airtight container for up to 3 months or hold on counter (at room temp for up to 3 days). Do not refrigerate.
Cookies/Cookie Cake: Freeze in airtight container for up to 3 months or in an airtight container on counter for up to one week. From freezer, thaw or heat in microwave for 15 seconds until desired warmth. You can also pop them in the oven for 5 min to get a crispy cookie.
Cookie Dough: Keep frozen.Place on sheet pan with parchment paper and let thaw for 15-20 min, then bake at 350 degrees for 9 -11 minutes (9 min for small cookies or softer cookies, 11 min for larger thicker cookies or for crispier cookies). Let cool on cookie sheet.
